This site was started in January 2008 to provide a place for moms to educate themselves on the political process and on the candidates and issues so they could make an informed voting decision.
In the past, this site did not endorse candidates, parties or ideology. But since we are in a season of change, I have decided to change the nature of this site. I will continue to post the latest political news, but I will do it as a conservative mom with humor and fun.
Whether you are Democrat or Republican, blue state or red state, I hope you'll choose to stick around for the fun.
Do you have a question about an issue or the way our political system works? CONTACT ME HERE.
We"d Love to Hear Your Two Cents But...

I find the difference in the messages very interesting. The Clinton video is about how she can help us. The Obama video is about how "we" can help us. Hmmm...
BTW, thanks for this blog. I'm finding myself connected with my country and it's future again. ~:-)
I've not seen this Hilary one before - is it just me or does that sound like one of the Brady Bunch concert songs?!
I like the Obama one, not that I agree with all that's put forth. I just really like the clean, simple yet sharp message and its delivery. The man does have some real pros working it for him.
Bears future discussions on the importance or the power of celebrity endorsements - with our culture's obsession with all things celebrity, do particular endorsements help or hurt a campaign? Do they persuade certain elements of the voting public? Are they meant to? Is this a good thing? Just bears some thought.
The obama one feels so inspiring and the hillary one is just hokey... yet i have yet to find out what exactly obama wants (us) to change... what is it that WE CAN do exactly??? feels like alot of feel good emotion... but no new ideas.
